DAY 1: INTRODUCTION TO PROCESS SAFETY & HAZARD IDENTIFICATION
DAY 2: PROCESS HAZARD ANALYSIS, OPERATIONS & MECHANICAL INTEGRITY
DAY 3: MANAGEMENT OF CHANGE, INCIDENT INVESTIGATION & EMERGENCY RESPONSE
ADVANCED MODULES
Process Safety Management (PSM) is a structured approach to preventing catastrophic incidents involving hazardous chemicals, high-energy systems, and complex industrial processes. Unlike general occupational safety, PSM focuses on major accident hazards (MAHs) such as explosions, toxic releases, fires, and loss of containment events.
This 3–5 day intensive training provides participants with a deep understanding of PSM principles, regulatory frameworks, process hazard analysis techniques, operational controls, mechanical integrity systems, emergency preparedness, and continuous improvement systems.
The course is aligned with international best practices used in high-risk industries and integrates real-world case studies, scenario-based learning, and practical application of PSM elements.
