The HSE Supervisor Course is designed to equip participants with practical supervisory skills and competencies required to effectively manage workplace Health, Safety, and Environmental responsibilities.
The programme focuses on hazard identification, risk management, accident prevention, workplace inspections, incident investigation, permit-to-work systems, emergency response, behavioural safety, and regulatory compliance.
The course provides supervisors with the knowledge required to monitor workplace safety performance, enforce compliance, lead safety meetings, conduct toolbox talks, and promote a positive safety culture.
The training integrates international HSE best practices with Nigerian regulatory requirements applicable to Oil & Gas, Construction, Manufacturing, Logistics, Power, Telecommunications, and Industrial operations.
